Privacy policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This policy explains what information WeesyPeasy collects on weesypeasy.com and how we use it. It covers this website and our waitlist. The WeesyPeasy app is not available yet; we will publish a separate policy for it before launch.
Who we are
WeesyPeasy is an early-stage project based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For any privacy question or request, email privacy@weesypeasy.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist, and a record that you agreed to receive emails from us (the date and time you signed up).
- Basic technical information that our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address and browser type.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send you WeesyPeasy launch news and updates that you asked for, such as when early access opens or when a crowdfunding campaign starts.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to run the website and send emails. They process information on our behalf and may store it outside Canada:
- Brevo stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the WeesyPeasy project ends, we will delete the waitlist.
Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing privacy@weesypeasy.com. We will reply within 30 days.
- If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Our survey
Our research survey is anonymous. If you choose to leave your email in the survey for early access, it is stored separately from your answers.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
